amazing machine

I have just purchased a polti vaporetto dynamic steam cleaner - having owned an older model several years ago - this is just an amazing machine I really like the feature where you can release the steam before refilling it is much safer than the older models - still the same brilliant cleaning results takes the effort out of cleaning and I actually look forward to cleaning now - this is great for polished porcelain tiles as you do not have to polish once cleaned amazing results on everything from the kitchen the bathroom, I do find the microfibre cloths work a lot better than the cloths provided with this machine, only gripe.

disappointed

Very disappointed in this. It died on my the second time I used it. Did not find it that powerful. I prefer the German products.
