Used ten to fifteen times a day.We have had two, the original replaced under warranty.The second three weeks old has failed again in the same area (the plastic lid catches)The lid fails to open or it comes off completely with various plastic bits broken!!Design Fault?

seems there could be a problem with this kettle? I am on my third one! So keep the receipt; the problem involves leaking, usually in about a year or so; it does have a 2 year guarantee, thank goodness; otherwise it has a good looking appearance!morphy richards Cordless Jug Kettle 43069

I have had this kettle for about 4 years, it is quite noisy when boiling, can't hear the radio, having said that I think it is good value for money and do not regret buying it.
